Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through InfoTub, operated by Ciuciula Prime LLC. Because we sell digital products that are delivered electronically and accessible immediately, the terms below apply.
7-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase if the product:
- was not delivered or could not be accessed due to a technical fault on our side, or
- is materially not as described on the sales page (for example, substantially different content than advertised).
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Because of the digital, instantly-delivered nature of the products, refund requests made after the 7-day window, or based solely on change of mind after the content has been downloaded and consumed, may not be eligible.
How to Request a Refund
Email sergiolo05xd@gmail.com within the 7-day window with:
- the email address used for the purchase,
- the order or receipt reference, and
- a short description of the issue.
We aim to respond within 2 business days and to process approved refunds promptly. Once a refund is issued by us or Stripe, it may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Marketplace Sales
InfoTub also enables independent creators to sell their own digital products. For those sales, the creator is the seller of record and may publish their own refund terms; where no stricter term applies, this 7-day baseline policy applies. Refunds for such purchases are funded from the relevant seller's proceeds.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we will work to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
